We moved lakeside in 2018 and immediately wanted to establish a relationship with a local, primary care doctor. Upon asking around, Dr. Santiago Hernandez’s name kept popping up. We then signed up as Chapala Med patients and have been contented, and greatly satisfied recipients of his approachable, attentive, and expert care ever since.
Dr. Hernandez has an incredible network of excellent specialists at lakeside and in Guadalajara; with affiliation at the best hospitals. This gives us confidence knowing that we’re receiving the best, most up-to-date treatment plans for whatever health issues arise. Over the past seven years, we’ve had a couple of medical emergencies, and each time, the doctor’s vast resources and knowledge provided thorough and professional attention; thankfully with positive outcomes.
Appointments and consultations are quick and easy to obtain. His staff is very attentive and there’s comfort in knowing that they’re proficient in English.
