Since adolescence Lic. Abner Grijalva, M.A. has been extremely interested in how the mind works, how it connects with our emotions and body, and simply how an individual can find himself anxious, depressed and even suicidal. Lic. Grijalva had noticed how anxiety affected his own life, making him struggle with friends, school activities and life in general. Though college psychology helped answer some of those questions, others were answered in different fields of study such as philosophy, theology and oriental cultures. Through his studies, it became clear that he wanted to help others deal with these kinds of battles quickly and effectively since it can take a toll on our lives. Lic. Grijalva feels fortunate to have found multiple evidence based treatments that were congruent with his own beliefs and experience of what truly works for anxiety and depression.
He holds a masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Autonomous University of Guadalajara. He has also completed additional training in stress reduction, cognitive therapy for couples, grief counselling, depression, dialectical behavior therapy, and behavior analysis.

Dr. Alex Daniel Pacheco Bouthillier

Dr. Alex Daniel Pacheco Bouthillier specializes in cardiac arrhythmia, pacemaker implantation and ablations. Dr. Pacheco holds a Bachelor’s degree from the UNAM School of Medicine and has specialties in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Electrophysiology. He has trained in the United States and France and speaks Spanish, English, and French.
As an expert in his field, since 2016 Dr. Pacheco has been Associate Professor in the undergraduate Cardiology course of the National Polytechnic Institute as well as the Graduate Course in Cardiology at the Hospital de Cardiología Medical Center National Siglo XXI. Since 2018 he has been Associate Professor in the undergraduate Cardiology course at the Universidad La Salle. Dr. José Fernando Barba Flores is the third generation of a renowned family of Dermatologists, a specialist in skin cancer and an expert in conducting Mohs Micrographic Surgery. Mohs Micrographic Surgery is the best treatment for most skin cancers, since it provides the highest cure rate (up to 99% for certain tumors) while leaving the smallest scar possible.
Dr. Barba completed his medical studies as a physician, surgeon and midwife at the University of Guadalajara in 2008. He specialized at the Dermatological Institute of Jalisco in 2014 and received his certification as a Dermatologist from the Mexican Council of Dermatology in the same year.
